By accessing, registering for, or using any Buconic service, website, platform, application, telematics system, tracking solution, or related product (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice (“Privacy Policy”). Please read it carefully.
Our Services are diverse. Accordingly, additional terms, operational requirements, or product-specific notices (including licensing, safety, age, or regulatory requirements) may apply. Such additional terms form part of your agreement with Buconic where applicable.

Some content available through Buconic Services may originate from third parties. Such content remains the responsibility of the respective third party. Buconic may review, restrict, or remove content that violates applicable law, contractual obligations, or internal policies.
Buconic may send service announcements, administrative messages, operational alerts, and security notifications. You may opt out of certain non-essential communications where permitted by law.
Where Services are accessible via mobile devices, driver tablets, or vehicle-mounted systems, such Services must not be used in a manner that distracts users or violates traffic, transport, or safety laws.
Personal information (“Personal Data”) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly.

Identification numbers and licensing data

Emails, messages, customer support records, call recordings (where permitted), training and quality-assurance records, and platform communications.
The legal basis for processing includes contractual necessity, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, and consent where required.

Direct provision by customers, drivers, employees, contractors, and partners
Registration and use of Buconic websites, apps, platforms, and tracking systems
Contracts, onboarding documents, and service instructions

Buconic may receive Personal Data from third parties authorised to share such information, including shippers, consignees, insurers, regulators, and technology providers, for purposes such as transaction facilitation, compliance, tracking, and dispute resolution.

Provide logistics, transport, fleet, and tracking services
Fulfil contractual obligations and service instructions
Enable shipment execution, monitoring, and verification
Authenticate users and drivers

Resolve disputes and manage claims
Comply with regulatory, tax, transport, and labour obligations
Improve services, systems, and operational efficiency
Buconic may generate anonymised and aggregated datasets for analytics, modelling, reporting, and strategic planning.

Customers, consignees, and authorised agents
Drivers, subcontractors, and fleet operators
IT service providers, hosting platforms, and system vendors
Financial institutions, insurers, auditors, and professional advisers

All recipients are required to process Personal Data in accordance with confidentiality obligations and Buconic’s instructions. Buconic does not sell Personal Data.

Fleet and route management
Safety, compliance, and incident prevention
Regulatory and contractual obligations

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS, telematics, dashcams, or monitoring systems. Drivers acknowledge that:
Tracking may occur during operations
Data may be analysed in real time or retrospectively
Tracking is limited to legitimate business purposes
Drivers must not tamper with or disable tracking systems.
Subject to applicable law, you may:
